ANGER MANAGEMENT/ CONFLICT RESOLUTION
The treatment goal is to develop coping mechanisms and skills to manage and control anger and be able to implement healthy responses. Your employees will work on identifying current stressors related to anger issues, develop coping mechanisms to better control anger, and learn skills to be able to choose healthy responses. Communication skills and working on boundary issues are some of the skills taught, as well as others developed within an anger management workbook.
